Position : Talent Acquisition Intern

Program : Hireginie Accelerate Programme

Duration : 3 Months

Location : Work From Office_Client Office_Noida

Employment Type : Internship (with target based gaurantee for for full-time role)

Stipend :

3 Months paid Internship with a fixed stipend of 20K PM.

Post-Internship : Based on performance, fulltime opportunity with Hireginie, deputation to client,as Talent Acquisition Partner with a starting CTC of 3 lacs per annum.

Must Have :

Education : Open to all; MBA or related field students preferred

Device Requirement : Bring your own Laptop / PC.

English Profiencey : Professional Level

About the Programme :

You will receive hands-on training in all aspects of the recruitment process, with a focus on tech and product roles. Throughout the program, you will work alongside seasoned recruiters of our client based out of Noida, gaining practical experience and insights into the recruitment industry. Upon successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to be onboarded as a full-time Talent Acquisition Partner with the client on the payroll of Hireginie. In this position, you will lead recruitment efforts and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier talent solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle for Non Tech, tech and product roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
• Support the maintenance of recruitment databases and generate reports.
• Participate in weekly training sessions and workshops focused on enhancing your recruitment skills.
