Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring technical stack (Viz., servers, network, storage, database, and applications etc.) to cover the production environments 24x7.
• Standardize, automate the provisioning, and support aspects as reusable cloud services and interfaces.
• Develop infrastructure as code on AWS / Azure / GCP using best practices and implementations for nonproduction and production environments.
• Implement automated configuration and deployment process towards improving functionality, availability, and manageability of our enterprise cloud offerings.
• Lead technical operations on key initiatives or projects from requirements to design to implementation.
• Ensure the availability, performance, reliability, and reporting of global cloud data centres and enterprise networks.
• Improve productivity in delivery orchestration, proactive monitoring, self-healing automation and operations validations.
  
  

Key Skills

• B.E/B.Tech or any other similar qualification with experience as a tech leader and people manager for at least 5+ years and 10+ years total experience
• 5 years or more experience in Frontend Development.
• An expert comprehension of core web and browser concepts (e.g., how does JavaScript handle asynchronous code).
• In-depth experience with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Proven track record building and managing high-performing Frontend Development teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality and performing web products.
• Experience with building, developing and coaching teams of best technical talent in the Industry.
• Experience with managing diverse teams and delivering high-quality projects on time
• Deep understanding of technology and architecture in a highly scalable and available setup
• Practical experience and ability to drive design and architecture of multiple subsystems with other senior members of the team.
• Experience with new open-source technologies and their adoption into product
• Strong experience in working on highly scalable systems.
• Self-driven, responsible, and keen eye to details
• Strong collaborator and has skills to participate/guide technical discussions.
• Ability to achieve consensus amongst stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
• Experience with startups and fast paced environments is an added advantage.
