Job Description : We are looking for a talented Technical Editor with hands-on experience in AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about artificial intelligence and capable of refining technical drafts into polished, client-ready pieces that balance clarity, depth, and precision.

Key Responsibilities :

Edit technical drafts on various AI topics to align with each client’s tone, voice, and style expectations, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Fact-check and verify all content to ensure it is technically sound, up-to-date, and aligned with industry best practices.
Perform final editorial reviews on completed drafts, polishing structure, flow, readability, and overall narrative cohesion before client delivery.
Ensure terminology, examples, and technical explanations are accurate and accessible to the intended audience (technical, executive, or general readers).
Check for formatting consistency, citation accuracy, and adherence to client guidelines or publication standards.
Provide constructive feedback to writers to improve clarity, technical precision, and overall content quality.
Collaborate with writers, project managers, and clients to resolve ambiguities, clarify requirements, and maintain high editorial standards.
Stay informed about emerging AI trends and technologies to ensure content remains current and authoritative

You should have AI-related writing samples that showcase your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

You should be willing to complete a short editing assignment as part of the hiring process.

You are primarily interested in editing—not writing —as most of the role involves reviewing, refining, and polishing drafts rather than creating content from scratch.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a technical editor or technical writer, ideally with a strong focus on AI and related technologies.

Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision.

Exceptional editing, proofreading, and content-polishing skills, with the ability to enhance clarity, accuracy, and readability.

Ability to research technical topics thoroughly and ensure all content is factually correct, well-structured, and aligned with industry standards.

Strong sense of tone, style, and voice, with the ability to tailor content to different audiences and client expectations.

Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization best practices (preferred but not required).

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content refinement is a plus.
