About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in the recruitment and staffing industry to help us grow our client base in India and the UAE . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building relationships with HR and business leaders, and driving revenue growth through client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients across industries for recruitment and staffing services in India and UAE.

Use online channels (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, databases, email campaigns, etc.) to generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Business Owners.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.

Collaborate with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client needs are understood and met efficiently.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.

Stay updated on recruitment trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor activities in both markets.

Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and staffing business models (permanent, contract, RPO).

Proven ability to generate and close leads independently using digital platforms and networking.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Familiarity with UAE and Indian market trends, business culture, and hiring practices.

Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and lead generation automation tools is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of business development experience in recruitment / staffing agencies.

Prior experience handling clients across multiple industries (IT, Engineering, Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, etc.) preferred.
