Role Description : Content Curator (Full-Time, On-Site — Chennai)

Propshell is seeking a creative and organized Content Curator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content , developing content strategies , conducting internal training sessions , and curating relevant real estate insights that align with the company's goals.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling style.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and manage written and visual content for multiple platforms (social media, blogs, website, etc.)
• Develop and implement effective content strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility
• Curate high-quality information and industry insights relevant to real estate and gated communities
• Conduct internal sessions to train and align teams on content tone, brand voice, and strategy
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to ensure content accuracy and impact
• Appear confidently on camera for video content, brand updates, and promotional campaigns
