Location : Gurugram (In-office)

Shift : 5 : 30 PM – 2 : 30 AM IST (US Shift)

Experience : 1 – 4 years

Compensation : ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month

About the Role

We’re hiring for a US-based rental-tech startup that’s simplifying tenant screening and lease approvals through technology-driven identity, income, and fraud verification.

As a Credit & Verification Analyst , you’ll review applications, verify financial documents, and ensure accurate and timely underwriting decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tenant applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify income proofs, IDs, and supporting financial documents.
• Identify discrepancies or potential fraud using internal tools.
• Communicate with property managers or applicants to resolve data gaps.
• Maintain clear documentation and notes for every case.
