• consistently.Responsibilities : - Assist the Marketing team with various tasks such as market research and lead enrichment.- Update and maintain weekly and monthly reports.- Organize and consolidate data from multiple sources in Google Sheets.- Support the Marketing Operations function with day-to-day activities.- Help identify and troubleshoot issues in marketing attribution flows.- Support campaign tracking by preparing reports, dashboards, and performance insights.- Assist in distributing content across channels (social media, email, website, partner platforms).- Repurpose long-form content (webinars, videos) into short-form assets such as reels, snippets, and how-to videos.Requirements : - Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / Google docs (pivot tables, data cleaning, data mapping).- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.- Basic understanding of marketing concepts like buyer personas, lead generation, and funnels.- Familiarity with flowchart / diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, or PowerPoint).- Understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter / X, YouTube) and their content formats.- Basic video editing skills (e.g., trimming, adding captions, repurposing clips).- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and eagerness to learn.- Good written communication skillsGood to Have (Optional)- Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot / Salesforce.- Interest in SaaS marketing and B2B lead generation.- Curiosity to experiment with new formats such as reels, carousels, and short-form video content.- Previous internship or academic projects related to marketing analyticsWhy work with Signeasy : Signeasy values Respect, Integrity, Growth, Honesty, and Trust.
