Role Synopsis : Executive Director of Program

Level : Executive Director

Reporting to : CEO

Location : Bangalore -Lingarajapuram

People Management and Leadership

Proven ability to mentor, lead, and develop high-performing teams.

Fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Identifies training and development needs for staff.

Financial and Budgetary Management

Criteria :

Expertise in financial management and budget allocation.

Demonstrates proficiency in managing resources efficiently.

Experience managing programs within tight budget constraints.

Aligns programs with the organization’s long-term vision and priorities.

Demonstrates strategic thinking and risk management abilities.

Adapts programs effectively in response to changing environments.

Exposure to the social sector is required ,but it is more of Project implementation ,vision to grow the existing projects and should have managed budgets between 25-30 CR .

Budgeted Salary is 30-35 Lacs .
