Offshore Tech Lead

Job descriptionDesign, develop, and deploy scalable, high-quality software. Debug and resolve complex technical issues. Participate in architectural decisions and coding standards. Implement CI / CD, testing frameworks, and DevOps best practices. Stay updated with modern technologies and frameworks. C#, SQL, MySQL, JavaScript, ReactJS, Web API .NET Core, Python, Git, SDLC knowledge, Testing exposure PHP (legacy support), Selenium (automation tools), Azure AI Foundry / Amazon Bedrock (LLM implementation) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of software development experience. 2+ years of proven leadership experience. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) preferred. Strong understanding of microservices, CI / CD, and DevOps practices. Technical Evaluation : Candidates will be scored (1–5) on mandatory and preferred skills using the below matrix : Online Test : Minimum pass score is 50% and above . Communication & Leadership skills will also be evaluated.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership (40%)
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers and validation engineers.
- Conduct sprint planning, reviews, standups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and ensure development best practices.
- Drive career growth, team performance, and innovation culture.
