Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels including networking, referrals, and marketing.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and support throughout the process.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses, showcasing the features and benefits of properties to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and facilitate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Maintain and update listings on various real estate platforms and ensure all information is accurate and appealing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and follow-up support.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide clients with informed insights.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate software tools (e.g., CRM systems, listing platforms).Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing deals successfully.Knowledge of local real estate markets, property values, and regulations in India.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple clients and priorities effectively.Education
