About the Role
We’re looking for dynamic, street-smart Sales Executives who can sell the concept of space monetisation to space owners and advertisers.
This is a 100% field role — ideal for those who love meeting people, explaining new ideas, and closing deals.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Pitch BLook’s advertising & branding solutions to societies, shop owners, cafés, and local businesses.
- Educate stakeholders about how their spaces can earn through advertising.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through on-ground activities.
- Plan & execute campaigns like kiosks, leaflets, standees, lift branding, etc.
- Report daily visits, conversions, and feedback to your city sales manager.
Who Can Apply
0–3 years’ experience in field sales / B2B / advertising / activation.Freshers with strong communication & convincing skills are welcome.Should be comfortable travelling locally (2-wheeler preferred).Must be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about earning through performance.What You Get
