We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer to craft dynamic and interactive websites that captivate users and elevate our digital presence. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of Webflow's capabilities, and the technical proficiency to bring complex web interactions to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Development : Build responsive, interactive websites using Webflow, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.
  • Interactive Elements : Implement animations, transitions, and interactive components to enhance user engagement.
  • CMS Management : Utilize Webflow's CMS to create and manage dynamic content structures.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to translate design mockups into functional websites.
  • Performance Optimization : Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
  • Maintenance & Updates : Regularly update website content, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Webflow : Demonstrated experience in building websites using Webflow, including CMS and e-commerce functionalities.
  • Front-End Development : Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and enhance Webflow projects.
  • Design Acumen : Ability to interpret and implement design mockups from tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Responsive Design : Experience in creating mobile-first designs that function flawlessly across various devices and browsers.
  • SEO Best Practices : Knowledge of on-page SEO techniques and Webflow's SEO tools.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve website issues efficiently.
  • Animation Libraries : Familiarity with tools like Lottie, GSAP, or similar for advanced animations.
  • API Integrations : Experience integrating third-party services and APIs into Webflow projects.
  • Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
