Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
Act as a spotter proactively identify risks, gaps, and bottlenecks in technical delivery and address them before escalation.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.
Drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance solutions.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, testing, and DevOps processes.
Review code, architecture, and design documents to ensure quality and efficiency.
Oversee project planning, effort estimation, and delivery timelines.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and ownership within the team.
Manage communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

8+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership / managerial role.

Strong hands-on expertise in Java / Python / C++ / Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience with microservices, system design, CI / CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Strong knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL), architecture patterns, and scalable systems.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across teams and :

Prior experience in a Tech Spotter / Delivery Risk Manager role.

Exposure to modern AI / ML frameworks or Data Engineering.

Certifications in Cloud / Project Management (AWS, PMP, SAFe, etc.).
