Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
- Act as a spotter proactively identify risks, gaps, and bottlenecks in technical delivery and address them before escalation.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals.
- Drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, testing, and DevOps processes.
- Review code, architecture, and design documents to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Oversee project planning, effort estimation, and delivery timelines.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and ownership within the team.
- Manage communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.8+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership / managerial role.Strong hands-on expertise in Java / Python / C++ / Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with microservices, system design, CI / CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.Strong knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL), architecture patterns, and scalable systems.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across teams and :Prior experience in a Tech Spotter / Delivery Risk Manager role.Exposure to modern AI / ML frameworks or Data Engineering.Certifications in Cloud / Project Management (AWS, PMP, SAFe, etc.).(ref : hirist.tech)
