We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound prospecting through calls, outreach, and emails to senior executives and startup founders.
Key Responsibilities :
Pitch and explain our staffing and advertising solutions with confidence.
Bld instant rapport, hold intelligent conversations, and handle objections effectively.
Qualify prospects (fit, budget, timeline) before scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Maintain consistent outreach and update all activity in the CRM.
Closely collaborate with sales leaders to refine messaging and outreach effectiveness.
Requirements :
No prior sales experience is necessary; what matters most is your communication, energy, and ability to learn fast.
A well-spoken, extroverted, and hardcore go-getter who enjoys talking to people and building connections.
Fluent English — confident and articulate with global professionals.
1–2 years of any professional experience preferred.
Foreign-educated candidates are preferred.
Comfortable working flexible US hours.
Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment.
