Job description

Job Title : Human Resource Executive

Location : Meerut (On-site)

Job Type : Full-Time

Salary : ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resource Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations or recruitment. The ideal candidate will manage daily HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and performance tracking, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and employee records .
  • Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management .
  • Conduct employee engagement and training activities to build a positive work environment.
  • Support management in performance appraisals and employee evaluations .
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures .
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee data.
  • Resolve employee queries and support grievance handling.
  • Coordinate with other departments for manpower planning and new hiring requirements.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle work responsibilities independently.
  • Should be based in Meerut or nearby areas.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with HRMS or recruitment portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn) .
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance .
  • Confident personality with a proactive and positive attitude.
