Job Title : Salesforce Functional Consultant

Location : Pune, India

Experience : 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

Gather and analyze business requirements.
Design CRM solutions using Salesforce.
Create sprint-ready user stories and documentation.
Collaborate with ServiceNow / Salesforce teams in Agile delivery.
Perform functional testing and validate delivered features.
Present solutions and outcomes to business stakeholders.

Required Skills :

4 years in BA / Functional Consultant roles.

Strong Salesforce CRM functional expertise.

Understanding of ServiceNow workflows.

Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
