🌟 We’re Hiring : Junior Affiliate Executive (CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS – Delivery International Market)

📍 Location : Onsite – Gurgaon

🕘 Full-Time Role

Ventes Avenues is expanding its Performance Marketing Delivery Team , and we’re looking for energetic, detail-oriented professionals eager to build their career in digital and affiliate marketing.

🔹 Role : Junior Affiliate Executive (1 Year Experience)

Responsibilities :

Support the execution of CPI, CPA, CPL & CPS affiliate campaigns
Coordinate daily with global affiliate partners for tracking & delivery updates
Assist senior managers with reporting, pacing, and optimization
Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot tracking issues
Work with internal Sales, Tech & Finance teams for billing and documentation
Manage sheets, dashboards, and data for campaign accuracy
Learn and gradually take ownership of partner communication & campaign delivery

Requirements :

Up to 1 year of experience in affiliate / performance marketing

Basic understanding of CPI, CPA, CPL, CPS models

Strong communication skills & willingness to learn

Comfortable with numbers, Excel / Sheets, and dashboards

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
