As we scale, we’re looking for a hands-on Sales Lead / Business Development Manager who can drive growth — someone who’s not just selling but building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, execution-driven role for someone who thrives in startup environments.

You’ll be responsible for building the sales pipeline from scratch , leading client conversations, and crafting powerful presentations that translate AI capabilities into business outcomes.

You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing team to shape the GTM strategy, define target accounts, and convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Pipeline Creation

• Identify, research, and engage target accounts across Biotech, Energy / Utilities, and Financial Services .
• Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, LinkedIn, partnerships, and events .
• Create and execute a targeted outreach strategy with personalized messaging and follow-ups.
