Role Overview :
We are seeking a Strategic Reengineering & Scaleup Manager to drive a fundamental shift in how PHVL develops its hospitality portfolio. The role will focus exclusively on the pre-opening phase (design, procurement, and construction) and is tasked with delivering faster time-to-market and better cost efficiency — thereby enhancing project returns and strengthening long-term asset value. This is a critical role, reporting directly to the CEO with potential to create a significant impact on PHVL’s growth trajectory.

In summary, this role is about transforming Prestige Hospitality Ventures’ hotel development engine -from bespoke, one-off projects to an industrialized, scalable model that delivers speed, efficiency, and margin recovery at portfolio scale.
Qualifications and Experience :
12–18 years of experience in real estate, hospitality development, or related asset-heavy industries. MBA / PGDM from a reputed institution strongly preferred
Proven track record in cost optimization, design standardization, procurement, and project management
Experience with asset-owner perspectives (ROI / IRR, margin recovery, time-to-market)
Strong change management skills — ability to influence, train, and transform organizations.
