Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams Prior experience in enterprise environments or tech infrastructure teams
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and fine-tune dynamic routing protocols including EIGRP , OSPF , and BGP
- Handle complex routing table issues and ensure network stability and performance
- Support and maintain EVPN and VXLAN environments (experience preferred)
- Work with Application Load Balancers like F5 Big-IP LTM / GTM or Citrix NetScaler
- Manage and support enterprise wireless solutions using Cisco and Juniper MIST
- Perform incident, change, and problem management using ServiceNow ITSM
- Monitor network performance using tools like Wireshark , Kentik , Prometheus , etc.
- Collaborate with teams on automation initiatives using SaltStack or Python
- Basic Linux skills to support network-related troubleshooting and scripting tasks
