Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday HR Analyst to join our HR Technology team. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM modules, Prism analytics, and reporting, combined with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will play a key role in enabling HR and business teams with accurate insights, secure processes, and scalable reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work across Compensation, Learning, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition modules in Workday HCM.
  • Support configuration, testing, and process improvements across modules.
  • Design and deliver simple, advanced, and dashboard-level reports in Workday, comparable to BI tools like Power BI.
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure reports meet business needs.
  • Utilize Prism Analytics to integrate Workday data with external reports and systems.
  • Partner with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integrations and data flow.
  • Apply strong understanding of Workday security frameworks to protect sensitive HR data.
  • Manage and audit role-based permissions in line with compliance needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with European stakeholders across HR and business teams.
  • Influence decisions, manage expectations, and diplomatically push back when required to maintain process integrity.
  • Take initiative and ownership of tasks without needing step-by-step direction.
  • Work in a structured, process-driven manner using trackers, documentation, and status updates.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM modules (Compensation, Learning, Talent, TA).
  • Strong expertise in Workday Reporting (custom reports, advanced reports, dashboards).
  • Practical experience with Prism Analytics and integrating external reports.
  • Understanding of Workday security concepts and role-based permissions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to work effectively with global / European stakeholders.
  • Strong process orientation, with experience in trackers, structured updates, and documentation.
