Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai. The position involves handling day-to-day legal operations including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, conducting legal research, ensuring compliance, and advising on legal matters. The role will require close collaboration with clients to provide tailored legal solutions while managing documentation and timelines efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
• Expertise in legal research and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in case law analysis and documentation management
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks within deadlines
• Experience in corporate law or litigation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification; enrollment with a Bar Council is required
