Job Purpose :

To drive sales growth, profitability, and brand visibility on Myntra and Flipkart by managing day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and relationship management with category teams and platform stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Account Management & Strategy.

  • Own the business performance for Myntra and Flipkart - revenue, margin, and market share.
  • Develop and implement platform-specific growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze sales trends, competition, and consumer behavior to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotion.
  • Create business plans with category teams to drive visibility and sales.
  • Listing, Cataloging & Merchandising.

  • Ensure timely and accurate listing of products with high-quality content and images.
  • Manage inventory, pricing updates, and in-stock rates through coordination with internal teams.
  • Work with design and content teams to improve PDPs, A+ content, and brand pages.
  • Marketing & Promotions.

  • Plan and execute campaigns during sale events (Big Billion Days, EORS, etc. ) in coordination with platform teams.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams for co-branded campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and visibility drives.
  • Operations & Supply Chain.

  • Coordinate with internal supply chain and warehouse teams for timely dispatches and stock replenishment.
  • Monitor SLA adherence - returns, cancellations, delivery time, and fill rate.
  • Address operational issues with category managers and platform partners.
  • Reporting & Analytics.

  • Track daily / weekly sales, marketing spends, and ROI metrics.
  • Present performance dashboards and insights to management.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate success and identify improvement areas.
  • Relationship Management.

  • Build strong relationships with platform category managers, business development, and marketing teams.
  • Negotiate better visibility slots, deals, and platform collaborations.
  • Candidate Profile : .

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in e-commerce account management or online category management.
  • Prior experience handling Myntra and / or Flipkart accounts is mandatory.
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or FMCG preferred.
