Site Incharge - ASH Logistics

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Transportation Management

• Oversee day-to-day logistics and transportation operations at assigned site(s).
• Onboard and maintain strong relationships with local tipper owners, vehicle owners, and transport unions .
• Supervise movement and scheduling of vehicles for timely and cost-effective material transport .
• Monitor fuel usage and implement controls to minimize pilferage and wastage.
• Lead driver management , including deployment, discipline, safety compliance, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and safety regulations related to site logistics.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for logistics activities, fuel consumption, and vehicle utilization.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs , and ensure smooth coordination among stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to align logistics planning with project timelines.
