We are based in Mumbai and are growing rapidly.

Role : Skin Coach / Skincare consultant (Full-Time)

Location : Mumbai (On-site)

Experience : 0–2 years

Education : BAMS / BSc / Nursing / Life Sciences / Nutrition / Psychology preferred (but open to motivated freshers with strong communication skills)

The Skin Coach is the primary support system for clients during their acne treatment journey. You will guide clients, help them stay consistent, monitor progress, resolve queries, and be their cheerleader through every up and down.

This is a relationship-based, empathy-led role — not sales.

You will work closely with dermatologists and the operations team to ensure every client feels cared for, understood, and supported.

What You'll Do

• Speak with clients regularly to track skin progress and treatment response.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, medicine usage, lifestyle changes, and do's / don'ts.
• Provide emotional support, motivation, and clarity throughout the treatment journey.
• Update medical and progress notes in the CRM accurately.
• Coordinate with dermatologists when medical review or prescription change is needed.
• Ensure high adherence , high satisfaction , and renewals through relationship building.
• Be the client's go-to support , ensuring they always feel guided and heard.

Who You Are

Preferred backgrounds (not mandatory) :

BAMS graduates, Nutrition & Dietetics, Psychology, Nursing, BSc Life Sciences, Skincare or wellness counselors.

Freshers are welcome — we provide full training .
