Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced

Salesforce Developer

with strong hands-on expertise in

ServiceMax

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, ServiceMax configuration, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce and ServiceMax solutions.

Configure ServiceMax functionalities including Work Orders, Entitlements, and Preventive Maintenance.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations.

Perform unit testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce / ServiceMax environments.

Required Skills :

6–10 years of total experience with at least 3+ years in ServiceMax.

Proficient in

Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC / Aura), SOQL, and REST / SOAP APIs .

Experience with

ServiceMax field service processes

and Salesforce Service Cloud.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

Salesforce and / or ServiceMax certifications.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
