Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate located in Navi Mumbai. The Advocate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks which include providing legal advice, representing clients in court, researching legal precedents, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The Advocate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop appropriate legal strategies.

Qualifications

• Skills in providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and developing legal strategies
• Experience in researching legal precedents and drafting legal documents
• Strong understanding of legal regulations and compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Relevant professional certifications or licenses
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Experience in the legal industry is a plus
