Experience-10-15 Yrs(Strong team-handling experience in HR)
Preference : NBFC or BFSI background(Mandatory)
Qualification-MBA(HR) / Any PG
Location-Thrissur
Role Overview :
HR Manager is responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle within the bank, ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives. The role involves workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compliance with banking and labor laws, and fostering a high-performance culture across all departments.
