Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Executive with 1-2 years of experience, located remotely in India. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management and operations, handling employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include managing HR activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and smooth onboarding with structured induction plans including exit formalities
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance
• Prepare HR reports, support reviews, and drive internal, stakeholder communication.
• Proficient in handling Employee Relations
• Proficient in handling employee relations, grievance resolution, and workplace engagement initiatives aimed at promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
• Knowledge of HR Policies and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Relevant certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus
