We're looking for a dynamic and analytical Ecommerce Channel Manager to lead our marketplace and D2C growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and our own D2C website — driving sales performance, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute ecommerce channel strategies across marketplaces and D2C website.
- Identify channel-specific growth opportunities and plan seasonal sales campaigns.
- Forecast sales and demand based on trends, promotions, and market dynamics.
2. Channel Management
Oversee day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other platforms.Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, content, and inventory management.Maintain strong working relationships with marketplace account managers.3. Performance Optimization
Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion, and return metrics.Analyze data and implement strategies to improve performance and ROI.Manage marketplace ad campaigns (AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc.) and budgets effectively.4. Marketing & Merchandising
Plan and execute online promotional campaigns and product launches.Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to enhance product visibility and conversions.Ensure brand consistency and premium positioning across all ecommerce touchpoints.5. Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and customer service teams for smooth fulfillment.Maintain product availability, pricing parity, and channel margins.Manage POs, payments, and returns efficiently.6. Reporting & Insights
Generate and present weekly / monthly sales and performance reports.Share insights and actionable recommendations for business growth.Benchmark against competitors and identify emerging category trends.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, SEO, and digital analytics.Experience in marketplace management tools and dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage budgets, targets, and cross-functional stakeholders.Why Join Isha Life
