We’re now hiring a Head of Digital Growth - someone who can operate at speed, take ownership, and build the systems that let us scale.
The Role
You’ll lead digital growth across our SaaS platform, national marketplace, affiliate programme, and acquisition sourcing. You’ll design and deliver growth plans, run campaigns end-to-end, and ensure every initiative is executed accurately, tracked properly, and reported clearly.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You should enjoy moving quickly from idea to execution and building processes that make growth repeatable.
Key Responsibilities
Growth and Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels
- Manage customer and provider acquisition, improving CAC, conversion, and retention
- Build and refine funnels, CRM automation, and lifecycle marketing
- Set up creative testing frameworks that balance experimentation with ROI
Affiliate and Partner Growth
Manage and expand our affiliate and referral programmesBuild systems to onboard, track, and reward affiliatesAutomate performance reportingDrive customer and provider acquisition through partnersAI and Automation
Use AI tools to automate reporting, creative production, and campaign workflowsWork with tools like n8n, Zapier, and ChatGPT to streamline tasksExplore new AI applications to improve quality, consistency, and speedReporting and Accountability
Build dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting systems across regions and business unitsDeliver clear weekly and monthly performance updatesAnalyse trends and recommend improvements backed by dataExecution and Collaboration
Run multiple growth projects at the same time with clear ownershipWork closely with product, operations, and acquisitions teamsManage freelancers or agencies for creative and paid mediaCreate processes that let us roll out marketing across new locations and acquired businessesWhat We’re Looking For
