Senior Fullstack Python Developer (AI & GenAI Focus)

Are you a Python expert with a passion for Generative AI? Do you thrive in building scalable architectures from the ground up?

XSIS is scaling, and we are looking for a Fullstack Python Developer to join our fully remote team. We are building next-generation, AI-driven software, and we need a highly motivated engineer to bridge the gap between complex back-end logic and intuitive user interfaces.

This is more than just web development; it is an opportunity to build pipelines for Generative AI models and work on cutting-edge architectures.

What You Will Do

• Build the Core : Design and deploy scalable back-end services using Django or FastAPI .
• Craft the Experience : Develop responsive user-facing features using React or Vue.js .
• Integrate AI : Develop and maintain deployment pipelines for machine learning models, specifically GenAI .
• End-to-End Ownership : Manage the full lifecycle, from database design (SQL / NoSQL) to testing (Unit / Integration) and API integration.
• Collaborate : Partner with Product Managers to drive architectural decisions and feature implementation.

We are looking for seasoned professionals. To succeed in this role, you must meet the following benchmarks :

Core Competencies : ✅ Deep understanding of RESTful APIs. ✅ Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms. ✅ Expert-level debugging and problem-solving skills.
