Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Executive HR located in Panchkula. The Junior Executive – Human Resources will assist in the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The role requires close coordination with project sites and head office to ensure smooth HR processes in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for site and office positions.
- Coordinate interviews, collect documents, and issue offer / appointment letters.
- Support in smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
Maintain attendance records for site and office staff.Coordinate with accounts / payroll team for salary processing.Ensure timely update of new joinees, resignations, and transfers.3. Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain employee files (hard & soft copies) and update HRIS / Excel trackers.Support in preparing HR-related MIS reports and data analysis.4. Statutory Compliance Support
Assist in maintaining and submitting statutory records (PF, ESIC, labour returns, etc.).5. Employee Relations & Engagement
Assist in resolving employee queries related to salary, leaves and attendance etc.Support in organizing employee welfare and engagement activities at site / offices.6. Exit Formalities
Support in conducting exit interviews, clearance formalities, and full & final settlements.Required Qualifications & Skills
Education : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.Experience : 2–4 years in HR operations, preferably in infrastructure or construction industry.Skills :Good communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Excel.Ability to coordinate with multiple teams across project sitesWillingness to travel to project sites if requiredProactive and eager to learn
