FMCG Senior Finance Business Partner

Our client, a Leading FMCG is looking out for a Financial Controller to be based at Mumbai.

Role Overview :

The Finance Controller will be responsible for driving financial excellence across the business. This role combines strategic financial leadership with strong operational control — ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient cost management, and robust governance aligned with the company’s growth plans. The incumbent will partner closely with operations, procurement, supply chain, and sales teams to optimize profitability and working capital.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) :

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Analyze business performance by product line, geography, and channel to provide actionable insights.
• Develop financial dashboards and KPIs to support management decision-making.
• Conduct variance analysis (Budget vs Actual) and recommend corrective measures.
