About the Role

We’re looking for an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant – Finance to join our growing team and help deliver world-class Oracle Cloud solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong functional expertise in Finance with a passion for process optimization and collaboration. You’ll play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Fusion Financials modules to help clients streamline operations and drive business efficiency.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules.

2. Collaborate with business users to understand financial processes and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.

3. Provide hands-on expertise in key modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).

4. Conduct fit-gap analysis, recommend best practices, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

5. Partner with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration activities.

6. Support all project phases — from requirement gathering and testing to go-live and post-implementation support.

7. Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud updates and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 4–6 years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.

3. Hands-on experience with at least 3–4 end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.

4. Strong understanding of core financial processes and their alignment with Oracle Cloud capabilities.

5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

6. Ability to work collaboratively with business, technical, and global delivery teams.

7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

1. Oracle Financials Cloud certification(s).

2. Experience in implementing automation or testing frameworks (Opkey, Selenium, etc.).

3. Exposure to cross-functional integration between Finance, Procurement, or Projects modules.
