Web Platform Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Web Platform Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in ensuring the quality performance and reliability of our modern scalable web platform powered by a headless CMS architecture.

This role is ideal for a passionate testing professional with strong expertise in testing Next.js / React-based applications, APIs, and accessibility compliance. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications.
• Perform UI testing for React / Next.js component-based UIs, ensuring state management, lifecycle, and rendering behaviors are thoroughly validated.
• Conduct API testing, including GraphQL and REST, authentication, authorization, and performance validation.
• Carry out responsive design and cross-browser testing to ensure a seamless user experience across devices and platforms.
• Validate compliance with accessibility standards WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Log, track, and manage defects using Jira or other bug tracking tools.
• Use test management tools, such as Zephyr or TestRail, to document and track testing activities.
