WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and tech-savvy Retention & CRM Specialist to lead customer re-engagement, loyalty, and lifecycle campaigns across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
You’ll own the complete retention funnel — from segmentation, automation, and personalization to campaign analytics and ROI optimization — using tools like Contlo, KwikEngage, Bik.ai, GoKwik etc...
Your goal is to increase repeat purchases, improve CLV (Customer Lifetime Value), and build a strong community that loves our brand — not just our discounts.

WHO YOU ARE?
1. 2–5 years of experience in Retention / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing in D2C or Fashion e-commerce.
2. Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and customer segmentation strategies
3. Proven success in increasing repeat purchases and retention ROI.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
5. Expertise in automation platforms (Contlo, Bik.ai, KwikEngage, Klaviyo, GoKwik etc…).
6. A passion for marketing with a proven track record in delivering Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) strategies, including segmentation, incentivization, engagement, and retention.
7. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, GA4, Shopify Analytics
8. Creative mindset to translate data into engaging communication.
