Job Title : Strategic HR Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Strategic HR Support Specialist to join our organization. This role involves providing essential support in the day-to-day running of the HR function, ensuring efficient and compliant HR processes while upholding our commitment to staff wellbeing and quality care.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Providing administrative support across all areas of HR, including maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR documentation.
• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including placing job adverts, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Supporting employee relations and communication, including acting as a first point of contact for staff queries and assisting with maintaining absence records and performance-related documentation.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance and record-keeping, including maintaining personnel files, training records, and ensuring HR documentation is complete and readily available. A high level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and good working knowledge of HR processes and best practice are required.
