🔍 About the Role

As a Financial Administrator , you will play an essential role in supporting our advisory team by handling client administration, scheduling meetings, preparing financial documentation, and ensuring all applications and files are processed accurately and efficiently.

You’ll act as the first point of contact for clients, helping to deliver an excellent customer experience while keeping our operations running smoothly.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated administrative support to one of our Financial Advisors
• Schedule and manage client meetings, calls, and follow-ups
• Prepare, review, and submit client applications and financial documents
• Maintain and update accurate client records and data in internal systems
• Liaise with clients and financial institutions to ensure timely processing
• Assist with report preparation, data entry, and Excel-based financial summaries
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support compliance activities
