Senior Communication Designer
We’re looking for a designer who goes beyond making posts. This role demands someone who combines design thinking, creative problem-solving, and an awareness of emerging AI tools like MidJourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, and Gemini to push what’s possible in design.
From crafting campaign KVs to designing credit cards, building launch videos, or reimagining how a bank connects with its customers visually, you’ll shape campaigns and brand experiences across formats and platforms. Social media will be a big part of your day-to-day, but video editing, reels, motion graphics, and smart use of new tools are just as critical.
What you’ll work on
Social Media : Static posts, reels, and motion graphics
Campaigns : Cracking strong KVs and adapting them across touchpoints
Marketing Collaterals : Credit cards, brochures, flyers, event branding
Digital Assets : Emailers, ads, landing pages, banners
Print Advertising : Newspaper ads, OOH, POSM
Video Content : Campaign reels, launch videos, simple animations
What we’re looking for
- 4–6 years of design experience, ideally in an agency or with brands spanning social, digital, and print
- Proven ability to adapt design seamlessly across mediums
- Proficiency in Figma for layouts, design systems, and collaboration
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator and Photoshop for design, retouching, and layouts, After Effects for motion and animations, and Premiere Pro for video editing
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and brand consistency
- Understanding of campaign design from cracking the KV to extending across platforms
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and push for great design
- Curiosity about AI’s role in design and eagerness to explore how it can speed up or elevate output
- Bonus : exposure to finance, tech, or consumer brands
