Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Customer Service Representative based in Jaipur. The role involves addressing and resolving customer queries, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and building positive experiences for international clients. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries primarily via phone, maintaining professional etiquette, troubleshooting concerns, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. You will also ensure that every customer interaction is executed with efficiency and professionalism to meet organizational standards.

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in an international customer service role is advantageous
