Role Overview

We’re looking for a  multi-disciplinary Designer  to establish and maintain a cohesive  brand identity  and ensure our  website and digital presence  reflect our expertise and professionalism. You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to translate complex technical offerings into clear, visually compelling assets.

Responsibilities

• Website Design & Maintenance
• Design, update, and optimize our website for usability, clarity, and lead conversion.
• Ensure responsive, accessible design across devices.
• Brand Identity
• Define and refine Objectways’ visual identity (color palette, typography, templates, iconography).
• Apply branding consistently across decks, one-pagers, social, and digital campaigns.
• Creative Assets
• Create presentations, infographics, case study layouts, and event materials.
• Support marketing campaigns with on-brand visuals for LinkedIn, email, and industry events.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with sales / BDR team on outreach materials.
• Partner with operations to design internal dashboards, visuals, and reports when needed.
