Job Title : E&I Supervisor Shutdown Project

Duration : 23 Months (Shutdown / Turnaround Project)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E&I Supervisor to oversee electrical and instrumentation work during a critical shutdown at an oil & gas facility in Oman . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shutdown / turnaround projects , preferably in the GCC , and must ensure all work is executed safely, on time, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, shutdown timelines, and job safety standards.
• Monitor contractor performance and provide on-site technical guidance.
• Interpret technical drawings , P&IDs, loop diagrams, and control schematics.
• Ensure compliance with permit-to-work systems and HSE policies.
• Inspect E&I work for quality and conformity with specifications and standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and daily progress meetings.
• Interface with project engineers, planners, and QA / QC teams.
• Manage site reports, work logs, and documentation for handover.
