We are seeking an experienced Head of the English Department with expertise in Cambridge and International Baccalaureate (IB) curricula. The ideal candidate will lead the department, ensure high-quality teaching, and foster a supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage the English Department, guiding teachers and developing departmental goals. Oversee curriculum development and implementation for Cambridge and IB programs. Promote best teaching practices and assess student performance. Organise professional development for staff and foster collaboration within the department. Engage with students, parents, and the community to promote the department. Qualifications : Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. Significant teaching experience in Cambridge and IB curricula. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
