An SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant is required to support a fast-growing digital solutions provider known for transforming complex business operations into streamlined scalable systems. You will work closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to understand operational requirements, translate them into system configurations, and deliver enhancements within the Employee Central module. You will be responsible for analysing processes, implementing configuration changes, resolving issues, and ensuring EC capabilities align with business and compliance objectives.

Skills :

• Strong hands-on functional and technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Ability to analyse HR and business requirements and convert them into EC configurations.
• Experience executing configuration changes, workflows, and business rules within Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of HR data models, validation rules, and integration points.
• Ability to provide end-to-end functional and technical solutions across HR platforms.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across HR, technical, and business teams.
