About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Lead to be the creative powerhouse of DigiCrackers. This isn’t just about design — it’s about shaping brands, telling stories, and building campaigns that cut through the noise. From brand identity to websites, social media, creative campaigns, and content direction , you’ll be the driving force behind everything we put out into the world.
You’ll lead a talented team of designers, video editors, and copywriters, while working closely with our founder to push boundaries and make DigiCrackers’ work stand out across industries.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who’s equally strong in creative vision and execution , and thrives in a fast-paced, agency environment.
This Role is For You If You :
Have 7+ years of creative experience (agency preferred), with 3+ years in a leadership role
Have led creative across multiple mediums — brand identity, campaigns, digital, content, design, video
Can move seamlessly from big-picture creative strategy to hands-on review and execution guidance
Have a sharp sense of design aesthetics, storytelling, and how creativity drives business outcomes
Know how to build, mentor, and inspire a creative team
Can confidently lead client pitches, presentations, and workshops
Are obsessed with raising the creative bar — every single day
What You’ll Be Doing
Creative Strategy : Own and drive creative strategy across all client accounts and internal projects
Branding : Oversee creation of brand identities, design systems, and guidelines
Campaigns : Conceptualize and lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, and offline
Content & Social : Work with copywriters and content strategists to align messaging with visuals
Web & Digital : Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure websites and digital platforms are functional, aesthetic, and on-brand
Team Leadership : Manage and mentor designers, video editors, and copywriters — review work, provide feedback, and push for excellence
Client Collaboration : Present creative ideas, justify decisions with insights, and align with business objectives
Innovation : Stay ahead of design, content, and campaign trends; bring fresh ideas to the table
