Experience : Minimum 7 Years

Qualification : B.Tech in ECE (Electronics & Communication Engineering), preferably with an MBA

Certifications Preferred : CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant network / telecom certifications

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Manager to lead our Netcare Operations All India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FTTH (Fiber to the Home) technology, telecommunications, and customer support, along with proven team management and leadership skills .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of technical engineers and support staff.
• Ensure efficient operations of FTTH networks and customer support systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Supervise field operations, maintenance, and fault resolution.
• Maintain high standards of network performance and customer satisfaction.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and service quality.
