Must have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the SAP HCM module on ECC and / or S / 4HANA platforms.
Should have worked on at least one full-cycle implementation and one support project on SAP S / 4HANA.
Capable of understanding business processes and mapping them effectively to SAP HCM in an S / 4HANA environment.
Responsible for direct client interactions, including requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
Strong understanding of core SAP HCM processes such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll (as applicable).
Experience in migration projects from ECC to S / 4HANA in the context of SAP HCM is ideal.
SAP Human Capital Management domain knowledge is considered an added advantage.
Able to translate functional requirements into SAP configurations and deliver effective solutions aligned with business goals.
Prepares documentation for system configurations, functional designs, and user training.
Good to Have :
SAP HCM certification from SAP or authorized training partners.
Exposure to SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HR solutions.
