Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive business growth. The role involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales presentations, leading negotiations, and ensuring client satisfaction. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
Strong analytical skills and experience in market analysis
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to develop and implement strategic growth plans
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the Consulting, HR Tech, B2B SaaS, Executive Search & Recruitment industry is a plus
