Roles & Responsibilities :

Engage with international customers through calls and emails to promote insurance products.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.

Convert leads into successful sales while ensuring high-quality customer interactions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients.

Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions.

Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Confident, dynamic, and target-driven individuals.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Able to handle high call volumes and perform under pressure.

Positive attitude, team player, and quick learner.

Passionate about achieving goals and growing in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications :

Minimum Graduate / Undergraduate.

Open to freshers and experienced candidates (0–3 years).

Basic computer knowledge.
